Electrical maintenance or PAT testing applies to all premises including offices, shops, hotels, schools, universities, hospitals, theatres, museums, general industrial locations, construction/building sites, portable buildings, caravans (both static and mobile), swimming pools and agricultural & horticultural premises. Also rented properties.

PAT-iT will offer you the maintenance regime required by these Acts & Regulations, If you haven’t got a “competent person” or a “maintenance regime”, and should there be any litigation; this could be seen by the HSE and your insurance company as a criminal offence.
